This will be a brief and vague post today, because we've got a lot going on around here. Baby is fine, we are fine, but things are changing. There's a possibility of a little change in our daily scenery (if you catch my drift), but nothing is final just yet and I don't want to jinx myself. But if you could send some positive thoughts and good juju our way for things to work out, then I'd appreciate more than you'd know.
A little recap for the week...
1) HUT & School - Day one I was called to pick him up after about 2.5 hours. The teachers looked like they'd really had a time trying to get him to calm down and participate. I was sure that we were doomed with school.
Then I realized he was teething. Damn you molars, making your appearance at the most inopportune time.
Yesterday I was still called back after 2.5 hours, but the teachers said that he'd improved 100% - for some reason when it's time for lunch, he decides he's ready to go home and that's that. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks we'll be able to work past that!
2) Ellie - I finally talked to my regular OBGYN about traveling while pregnant now that we found out about the SUA. As long as the pregnancy is going smoothly and all is well with Ellie. Her response? "Absolutely! It's a non-issue, but a good excuse for lots of sonograms."
SIGH. OF. RELIEF.
Sometimes doctors, while trying to do the best job they can, can scare the shit out of you. I always feel like there is something that they are leaving out. Except for with my OBGYN. She's amazing, also a family friend, and really helps to put my nerves at ease.
So, basically, life is nuts. My family is nuts. I'm nuts. and I'm well on my way to driving myself to insanity during this pregnancy. But there's a silver lining at the end of all of this, which I hope to share with everyone very, VERY soon!
Hope you all have a great weekend!

Sending you positive thoughts!!
