We used all drums to make these and they were super delish. We ended up putting them on direct heat, unlike what they suggested in the article, because they weren't cooking. We also didn't get the chance to marinate them as long as suggested, but next time we definitely will.

Or, essentially, refried black beans. I followed the recipe, only I sauteed garlic and onion and then added the beans. I also added a little cumin as well for flavor.
