{ via What to Expect }
Things will be quiet around here for the time being as we enjoy our holidays as a family of three and put together the final details of what we need to take to the hospital and finish up around here before Ellie's arrival. Knowing me I'll probably pop in now and again, but only if I really have something good to share. In the New Year I hope to finally show you some of the rooms that I've decorated in the new house, and share the nitty gritty of what it's really like as a mom of two (no sugar coating anything over here).
It all seems so surreal at this point. I can't believe I'm thisclose to giving birth again. I can't believe my sweet baby boy is going to become a big brother. It makes me excited to see him grow up with Ellie, and sad at the same time that it will no longer just be the two of us each day. Life as we all know it is going to change - for the better - but change, nonetheless.
To my sweet HUT - you have grown so much in two years. I love you with all of my being and I hope that you'll forget this blip of a crazy time when we rock your world by bringing home your baby sister. I hope that you grow to love her and protect her through the years. I hope that you can create a loving relationship with each other that no person can alter. Most of all, I hope that you know that while mommy has to be a bit preoccupied with Ellie, she still loves you as much as she ever has.
To my little Ellie - we cannot wait to meet you! Mommy is a bit nervous about having a girl after two years of being a "boy mom," but I've had a great example in my own mother that I hope to continue with you. I'm sure we'll butt heads through the years, but know that I love you with all of my heart and I will be by your side through thick and thin. For now, though, until you are old enough to know better - I can't wait to dress you up like my little doll and teach you everything that I know.
Ok, enough mush. Let's get this party started. Baby watch is a go!

LOVE this! So excited for you!
