Taking a Breather at the Park

It seems like our lives have been so crazy the past few weeks that poor HUT has been dragged back and forth from each of the houses, to various stores, out to eat, etc. on a daily basis. He's been quite the trooper, I must admit. Yesterday, when the weather was gorgeous and we finally had a bit of a break by ourselves, I decided to put everything on hold for a bit and take HUT for some fun on his own after his nap time.

Sometimes you just have to pause everything and take a break. Especially when you have an active toddler who wants nothing more than to have a fun time playing.

So we headed to Sonic, grabbed mommy a limeade and a mini ice cream for HUT, and took them to our local park for some HUT time.

Sadly, I must admit, this is the first time I've taken pics (aside from on the iPhone) with my camera since, oh, probably August. It was nice to get behind the lens again!

 { Mr. Saggy Pants. I will happily take any advice from someone who can tell me where to get pants for cooler weather for a skinny minnie child. HUT is long and lean and these 18 month pants fall right off of his little waist! }
