Man, it's been a while since I've posted any Pinterest recipe finds. Seems like we've been so nuts around here that our time in the kitchen has been very limited and have subsided on old recipes and takeout. Last week we were able to get into the kitchen a bit and I have a couple of recipes to share:

Pumpkin Brownies

It's really more like chocolate spice cake - the consistency is not that of a brownie. Nonetheless, we all enjoyed them and I might have had a bit with coffee the next morning as well. Super simple recipe to throw together and I love anything with some pumpkin.

The Best Cornbread Ever

If you like cornbread that's a little sweet, then you'll love this. And it's super easy. Just follow the instructions on the box. I added a can of corn to mine as well because I like to, and you could even add some green chiles and cheese too (which I might try next time).

Pumpkin Buckle Cake

It's like crack in a pan for me. The recipe is eerily similar to the one I use for cobbler, but with pumpkin and it's so. darn. good. I didn't omit any of the sugar, I kept it all in there and boy was it delish!
