Low calorie gatorade is my favorite. The blue ones are the best & don't remind me of being sick as a child like the red ones!
Gatorade, Vitamin Water & fruit that contain lots of liquid (grapes, watermelon, oranges)...also you can do fruit popsicles or even Otter Pops. Feel better quick!~Sarah L~
