Stomach Bug

Tips for surviving a stomach bug while pregnant? Luckily my mom is helping out with HUT, but I feel terrible.

Also, recs for staying hydrated?

  2. Low calorie gatorade is my favorite. The blue ones are the best & don't remind me of being sick as a child like the red ones!

  3. Gatorade, Vitamin Water & fruit that contain lots of liquid (grapes, watermelon, oranges)...also you can do fruit popsicles or even Otter Pops. Feel better quick!
