Cheesy Macaroni and Cheese
Best mac n' cheese I've made in a while. Yes, you have to use Velveeta, which I usually try to avoid at all costs, but man, it just helped make this creamy and delish.
Crock Pot Mexican Stuffed Bell Peppers
Not going to lie, I didn't like this dish at all. I have yet to meet a stuffed bell pepper that totally wows me. If I had used a bit more meat and seasoning, this might have been better.
Potato Wedges
These probably would have been better without the flour technique. Or I am just completely incapable of making my own baked fries. Either way, I'll probably do a similar recipe sans the flour step next time around.
Chipotle Mayo
So easy, it's rediculous that I never did this earlier. We had it on burgers and it just sent them over the top. But we like things spicy around here! :)
